REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

2.1. Refund Eligibility Period

The 30-day refund period begins at the exact time of purchase and ends 30 full calendar days later at the same time.


Example:

  • If you purchase on March 1st at 2:15 PM (UTC)
  • Your refund eligibility expires on March 31st at 2:15 PM (UTC)


For clarity:

  • Day 1 of the refund period is the day of purchase
  • The refund period expires exactly 30 calendar days after the time of purchase
  • All times are calculated in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to avoid timezone confusion


If the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline remains unchanged. We recommend submitting refund requests at least 24 hours before the deadline to ensure processing.

2.2. Refund Requirements

To process your refund request, you MUST:

  • Submit your request from the same email address used for purchase
  • Include your order number
  • Submit your request to contact@craftlydream.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]"

LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1. Account Termination Upon processing of the refund:

  • All access to the Workshop materials will be immediately terminated
  • Access to bonus materials will be revoked
  • Any downloaded materials must be deleted from all devices

3.2. Abuse Prevention The Company reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund requests that show evidence of fraud or abuse
  • Block future purchases from customers who demonstrate patterns of excessive refund requests
  • Take legal action in cases of proven system abuse or unauthorized content sharing

REFUND PROCESS

4.1. Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within two (2) business days
  • Funds typically appear in the original payment method within three to seven (3-7) business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

4.2. Payment Method

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Alternative refund methods are not available

EXCLUSIONS

The following are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility:


  • Requests submitted after the 30-day period
  • Requests from email addresses different from the original purchase
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Accounts showing evidence of content sharing or distribution

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
